Stretched Film Inspection

EasyInspect for stretched film inspection detects local defects that occur during the production of the film base material or in subsequent processing steps, e.g. stretching or coating. It offers reliable and repeatable detection of smallest defects and helps manufacturers to produce highest quality materials by inspecting after each value-adding process step, e.g. after chill roll or after MDO coating, depending on the stretched film's final use.

Dr. Schenk's multi-directional darkfield illumination allows independent control of two separate illuminations whcih work together to detected even the smallest defects.
